libssh mailing list becomes subscriber-only

Dear users,

From now, the libssh mailing list is a suscriber only ML. The reason for
this is the number of spam received recently and making the ML hard to
follow on the archive site (http://libssh.org/archive/libssh/).

I do not think registering is a very hard thing to do, and if you seek
an answer to your question, it's needed anyway.
