libssh-0.4.90

I have started converting my application to use the new API in 0.4.90 in
Linux.

What works:

   - ssh_scp_push_file
   - ssh_scp_write
   - ssh_channel_request_shell
   - ssh_channel_write
   - ssh_channel_poll
   - ssh_channel_read

And all of the supporting stuff to make those commands work.

What does not work is ssh_scp_read.

This is what I get from gdb:

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

I hope this is useful,

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
