libssh without OpenSSL

Dear Members,

I’m trying to port libssh to vxWorks 6.x but first I’m compiling it under Centos 5.9 – 32 

1. Is it possible to build libssh that will not need OpenSSL (downloaded from www.openssl.org) ?

2. Is it possible to configure cmake to build libssh.a (and not dynamic libraries) ?
