making custom channel requests

Hi all,

Are there any objections to allowing clients to create custom channel requests?

It's useful when clients have custom request types, and we'd like to
use it for something like
duplex (https://github.com/progrium/duplex/blob/master/poc2/duplex/ssh.go#L160).

I noticed that there's already a channel_request static method, so I
wrapped it and made
a ssh_channel_request_custom method for now (patch attached).
