Also, don't we already have a callback API for agent forwarding? But
maybe not the "client requests agent forwarding" case. I second Andreas,
we really want to get rid of the messages API and

ssh_channel ssh_channel_accept_xxx(ssh_channel channel, int timeout_ms)

-type APIs that will work badly in some occasions. This certainly
deserves a better documentation, I wish I had more time for this.
