What will this change. I don't want to break the current libssh code. It feels 
rock solid and I want to release 0.4 on October 1st. If there are a lot of 
code changes, I want to create a 0.4 branch before you merge your work. The 
plan is to create this branch in mid September and freeze the code. Only 
bugfixes are allowed from this point. The scp code would be nice to have 
already in.
