Win32 binaries missing

Hello,

  Unless I'm just being stupid, it appears that the NSIS installer that's 
supposed to be here

  http://www.libssh.org/files/win32/

  is missing.  There's also a handy-dandy README probably explaining why, 
but when I try to read it, I get:

  Forbidden
  You don't have permission to access /files/win32/README on this server.

  Could someone help me out?
