Porting libssh to vxWorks 6.9.2

Dear members,

I did some minor changes in libssh 0.6.3 sources so it can be  compiled with Windriver Compiler (diab) supplied with vxworks 6.9.2 and run under 6.9.2

I checked the output library with vxWorks 6.9.2 application that runs SFTP only. 

I did not test SSH server nor SSH client that runs from the target shell.

Can you consider putting my changes in the next version ?
