It is working as expected. Sorry my mistake.
I was keeping space before kex name for ssh_options_set(my_ssh_session, SSH_OPTIONS_KEY_EXCHANGE," diffie-hellman-group14-sha256").
Please ignore my query.

As per latest release & below screen shot libssh 0.9.4 should support diffie-hellman-group14-sha256, however my client build on libssh 0.9.4 is not considering it .Please guide me.
